Outdoor programs for K-12 students in California — such as science schools, nature parks, aquariums and zoos — are in danger of going away because of the long-term impact of COVID-19.  By the end of 2020 more than 4 million students could miss out on over 9.5 million hours of science and environmental education in California. That’s according to a new policy brief from The Lawrence Hall of Science (LHS) affiliated with UC Berkeley.
